How to open INCLUDE file

I have a problem,so I can't open INCLUDE file when I'm compiling a code:mad:.What I have to do to solve this problem?
Example:
I compile a code from Darrel Taylor,and after compiling there is a warning message,because it's Include a file "Elapsed.bas"!
What I have to do,to solve this BIG problem?
