Configuation bits setting in PBP

I can write the program OK.. but I can not seem to set my proper configuartion bits in PBP. Could someone help me Please..

not with out information on the PIC you are using, the crystal (assuming it uses an external crystal), if pins are required to be digital or analogue, or if the chip has comparators and you want to use them.
