I am a newbie and happened to come across the famous 245 LED project by Mr.Jackson in this forum. I built it successfully. But I have a problem controlling the scrolling speed. No matter what speed I set in the GUI(1-10), the display is scrolling at a very fast speed that is not readable. Please help me with this.I am attaching the project files here.
