floating point command for pic basic pro

[trouble]

hi, i'm doing the project for measuring distance for ultrasonic sensor,i got all the formulas for the distance but pic basic pro can't read the floating point..can anybody help me to solve the probs...

Floating point meters are integer millimeters ...

just format your output like this :

millimeters/1000 "." millimeters // 1000 " meters "...

it will show XXX.YYY meters ...
