4017 error

Hi every body,

i have a problem of hcf4017be cascade counters.

here they are:

counter 1 counter 2

output pin : 1 2 ...8 1 2 3 .......8
output light: 1 1 ...1 1 1 1 ...... 1 ; first light up then
1 1 1 ; 3 outputs of counter light up 2before going back to the beginning (pin 1 of counter 1)

1 1 1 ....1 1 1 1 ...1
