PIC10F200 simulator

I have a .HEX file for a PIC10F200 made in China.
They are on vacation and can not respond.
In China the software works 'fine'.
Here the software malfunctions (there is a 3 minute time out that does not work). China said, many times, that the timer works!

Is there a low cost PIC10F200 simulator where I can run the .HEX file and see if there is a counter counting to 3 minutes?

MPLAB is free. Just start MPLAB, select the 10F200, import your .hex file, select MPSIM,
and away you go..;o)

I see it now. I thought I needed IDC2 + hardware.

All you really need is MPLAB with MPSIM, and you're off to the races...;o)
