Slowly, my PIC programming skills are evolving...
And now that I'm getting past the "blinky light " programs and into more complex endeavors , I find myself more in need to learn about software "flow charts" to help me visualize what needs to be done.

I'd like to learn to draw intelligent flow charts using the correct meaningful symbols. I've spent a bunch of time browsing for good tutorials, but all I seem to find is people trying to sell me stuff.

Does anyone have any links to good articles that explain what the different flow chart shapes mean and how to use them correctly? (in a programming context)

Thanks fro any tips!

Hello Byte Butcher,

Try this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flowchart

I think it's what you are looking for.

Thanks BobK,
I did read that Wikipedia link. That was actually the best link I found on the subject. Which rather surprises me...
