voltage regulator eficiency

I'm looking for a 5.0V voltage regulator with a good eficiency at light loads (50uA).... any idea?

How about LM2936 (http://www.national.com/mpf/LM/LM2936.html)?
- ultra low quiescent current (Iq <= 15µA for Io = 100µA)
- fixed 5.0V with 50mA output
