Hi all.
I have been away from the PIC scene for a while and now I am thinking of a new project.
What I want to do is create a project that takes Serial data and then fires it thru TCP to a waiting server.
A Serial TO TCP converter.

Is there a PIC micro that had TCP/IP built in? Or what options can I/ Should I look at.

Thanks, Jeremy

If you are experienced, yes, there several ways to do it with Microchip parts. But if you are only doing a small quantity, you are better off with the serial-to-ethernet devices from Lantronix or Digi. Very little knowledge or work required. RJ45 on one end of the board, DB-9 on the other end.
