how can i make 3310 as a controller for my device

hi... what should i supposed to do if i want to control my device with 3310 nokia cellphone..... i mean, like: the user should type the specified password or numbers could be to activate my device.... thnx... plz help.... how will i do this..... what are the things i need to do?????? thankz

You need one phone dedicated as the receiver of your project, or to buy one of these for about 200 euros. http://olimex.com/dev/index.html . Then you can control it with another cell phone.
