need help programming

hi
i am a complete noob with programing pic's i can make leds flash but not get inputs to work. what i want to do is make a led flash by pressing a button.
i am using picbasic pro for a compiler velleman programming software, a pic16f628a, and a veleman k8048/vm111 programming board.

any help would be nice. i know its simple code but i cant get it to work!
