Is it OK, and advisable, to change the function of a port pin on the fly (by altering the relative register bits)? I need a single pin on a 'F88 to start as an analogue input, then after it detects a certain level, to change to a digital output and put out a sound, then after a few seconds go back to an analogue input. Is this OK?
