Can anyone find any data or pinouts for the following part?

I have searched about for a bit and found some info but no technical specifications seem to be available.

I searched for ages trying to find the part number and the manufacturer of this thing. I need to change my search engine! I used to use 'Ask Jeeves!!'

Many thanks, I just need to think of a project to use them in and figure out how to interface them to a PIC!
