there is possibility to connect a device usb with a pic as if it was communication serial (tx,rx)?

Yes it is....

I use this devboard http://olimex.com/dev/pic-p28-usb.html and it works fine.
The board uses a FTDI232BM chip and you can program your PIC and the PC program for normal RS232 communication.

Has anyone used this board in conjunction with MCLoader?
