Mass Air Flow Sensor Data

I want to build an Industrial device that needs to measure mass air flow in the same range as typical Automotive MAF Sensors. I have searched for actual data(i.e. Actual Mass Air Flow verses Voltage Out) for any models with no luck. Any thoughts? Thanks, John

Circuit Cellar Ink # 138, around 2002, I think, had a great article on building an engine control unit for fuel injected engines. It should at least get you started.
