Multiple Servo Control --Serial

Greetings All-

I'm wondering if anyone has written any code similar to Scott Edwards SSC-12 or SSC-II Mini.

I'm running PCP and would like to control 16-servos with both position and velocity using serial commands.

Anyone have some pointers? code is even better ;)
