    Unhappy A basic loop problem gumming things up

    Ive written this little program and i want two led's to flash at a speed dependant on how many other led's are lit this dependant on two buttons an add led button and a subtract led button im not sure if i should post the code here as i am new but i will if it is ok i just wat someone to suggest a better way of doing it as the way i have done it is Clunky..thankyou
