    Default how to connect ac sensor to PIC ?

    hi all,
    I need help how to interface an ac motion sensor to PIC, the ac motion sensor I have is consist of three wires two for power and the last for switching to phase power when motion detected .

    how I can detect this signal to PIC ?

    The easiest would be to use an optocoupler; you could drive the opto LED thru' a resistor connected to the switched output of the motion sensor, and the isolated output could then drive the PIC.
