    Default Windows No Disk Error

I am getting this error when I click on File while using MicroCode.
I loaded a file from my A:\ and now no matter what I do I get this ERROR.

I have closed MCS, then ran MCS and then tried to open a file and I get this ERROR.
The only time it works is when I have a disk in A:\. Even though I am not trying to access A:\.

MCS has been working fine until I used a:\

How do I get around this problem without leaving a disk in a:\?

    HELP

    Thanks, Lee

    Just a Guess....

Check the Default Folder in the MCS options.
Make sure it's not pointing to A:\

in case it doesn't work, which i doubt, use regedit to clean up everything should work.. be carefull

    MicroCodeStudio Plus
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MecaniqueUK\MicroCodeSt udioPlus\Editor

    and delete LastFile key

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MecaniqueUK\MicroCodeSt udioPlus\FileHistory

delete all keys, but leave default one

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MecaniqueUK\MicroCodeSt udioPlus\FileItems

delete all key as well, but leave default one

i don't have the regular version, but you should find something around the above.

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.

    Second guess ...

Un-check the Open last file(s) when application starts checkbox.

    Smile Windows No Disk Error

Thanks for the help. I unchecked last file box. Still had to put a disk into a:\.
I opened a file on C:\pbp and exited MCS. I removed the a:\ disk.
I rechecked the last files box.
I ran MCS again and tried to open a file and EVERTHING is working again.

    Thank, Everybody, Lee
