I have searched high and low in Micro$ofts' site and have not located their PDW for VB6. Once upon time I located it, but not this time around. Anyone locate the download I would appreciate the link.

Doesn't it come with VB6?

The PDW comes packaged with VB. If you dont have it you have options. Use InnoSetup or any similar freeware packager to deploy your applications. they are more powerful than the PDW and feature uninstaller too.

The package deployment wizard that comes with VB5 onwards is absolutely terrible! Believe me when I say, you don't want it! Inno on the other hand is superb! http://www.jrsoftware.org
Again, thanks for directing me to Inno.
I am attempting to add an icon to the users exe shortcut to the application. I have managed to direct Inno to load an icon file for the setup icon, but the end user will never see this.
Command line in help looks like this IconFilename: "{app}\myicon.ico"
Refereing to previous lines in the script file, the {app} stays, then the \ and finally the path to the ico file. I get an error indicating Required parameter "Name" not specified.
Not sure where to go next. I have tried various ways to present the information, but no luck. Any direction on this would be greatly appreciated.
