Something gone wrong with the forum

Over the past few days, I have been seeing the forum break up. For 2 days, I found the Picbasic forum missing. In its place I could get VBulletin. Now, since the forum is back on line, I see the following welcome message under the welcome mast head.

Did you not observe the announcement that they were upgrading their server and it would not be available for 2 days or so?

In fact, they came back, to my observation, faster than what they expected outage.
