Flashing!! LED Dot matrix problem

Hi all again
Now we have done 70% for led dot matrix display.
We found problem with flashing on display
now we try to change time delay but connot fixed
WHo have experience with this problem pls advise.....

I would say, see how long it is taking to get into Int1 and complete the whole job.


Also, why not using 20Mhz?

Also, some Gosubs in a ISR is really not recommended. ISRs must be short. Here you spend toooo much time.

Do you have any advise for how to optimize code to shot...

So this code we did covert form c code to basic code (me),the original code used 4 mhz work ok no flashing on display
