    Is it really necessary ???

    Alain

Why insist on using 32 Bits when you're not even able to deal with the first 8 ones ??? ehhhhhh ...

IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
    certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!

Gotta drum up new questions some how. So we resort to mental torture

But seriously, it's a standard part of vBulletin, I've seen it on other boards too.
Moderators don't have access to it's settings. Only the system admin.
But I wouldn't ask him about it.
