Default PIC to Bluetooth via USB

Hi, I have a USB to Bluetooth adapter, and honestly, i don't feel like paying so much for a serial to bluetooth adapter. Can I use a USB enabled PIC to connect to the BT adapter, and make a connection to another device? If so, I would greatly appreciate if someone explained to me how. Thanks in advance.

    Default Probably not

    Hi,

The PICs are designed to be peripheral USB controller and not a master (host)controller. So technically you cannot connect another peripheral USB device to a PIC.

Is there any way using another chip/IC or something to creat an interface like that?
