    Default ADCON Explanation

    hi! using 18LF8722 and there are two ports that are A/D. i've used the ADCON1 = 7 before, but only when someone on here specifically told me which port to use for a specific chip.

    I want to make both these ports digital, but am unsure how. If anyone can tell me how, and also how to interpret the command so i understand it better i'd appreciate it. thanks

    ADCON1=%00001111
    CMCON=%00000111

    Hi, Steve

    I'm a little deceived ... I was waiting to something more funny; let's say related to leather and sweat ...
    Would have been logical, from where it comes ...

    Hi, hi, hi ....

    Why insist on using 32 Bits when you're not even able to deal with the first 8 ones ??? ehhhhhh ...

    IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
    certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!
