Default Low cost bidirectional level shifter I2C and other

If you are after a solution for a level shifter here is an interresting Application Note from PHILIPS
    AN97055

With SOT23 FETs and 805 (or 1206) Resistors it takes minimal PCB space.
    regards

Or you could use one of these... I use them all the time. They make a 4 channel and an 8 channel version.

Oops, I can't upload the data sheet, It's too big. The part number is TSX0102 for the 2 channel one and TSX0104 for the 4 channel one. They are made by Texas Instruments. Try it, Youl'l like it...
