    Default 16f877, pic and lcd

I have a project in mind and I would like to read a DS1302 or DS1307 display the time on a LCD. i want to do it with 2x16 hd44770 lcd and pic16f877.
I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who could tell me how to connect a real time clock IC to the PIC and get the PIC to display the time on an LCD with using ASSEMBLY codes

    Hi logem,

Since no one has replied to you I guess I will. This forum is for a program called PIC Basic and PIC Basic Pro. We are not writers of assembly language. So of the contributors here are but this is not the place for assembly language programs. Try the Microchip website or do a search for assembly programming.

If you are really interested in just getting a 16F877, a DS1302 or DS1307, and a LCD working as a clock then do a search on this forum for clocks. I think you will find many posts related to the subject and written very well in PIC Basic Pro.

    BobK.
