Default Is no one monitoring the forum?

It seems to me the last few weeks (although it's been doing on for quite some time) the forum is being inundated with post that have nothing to do with PBP, Proton, or Amicus subjects. I have to ask, is there no one monitoring the forum any more? We may as well be reading YAHOO's what's trending. Just my opinion...

There's a lot of spam posts getting through these days. I filter many, but, due to time zone differences, many stay alive till some moderator/admin swats them

I used to host a forum. In the rules that sort of nonsense was forbidden. Anybody who violated that rule got one warning. Second offense and they were banned. In a few extreme instances we had to actually filter by IP address due to, not just football posts, but borderline illegal posts (specifically pornography).

I looked at the profiles of everyone of the offenders and without exception, they all joined within the past week. Apparently there is some banning by Moderators. They just reincarnate and come back just as evil as they departed.

maybe a downunder [utc+10] moderator would give them less traction and reduce the incentive .
I'm sure you would get a volunteer.
