    how to make server based project from pic micro controller to control load from internet??

    Use a module based on the ESP8266 or one of the Wiznet (W5500 for example) chips to do the heavy lifting, interface that to your PIC. Other options are modules from Lantronix. Do some research on that and I think you'll see what's involved.
