1-wire family code

can anyone tell me how to identify 1-wire eeprom, family code of eeprom is c5,

Do you mean it has no physical markings so you want to know what sort of device it is, or do you want to identify which device it is on a bus? For the former, you could try Maxim technical support. For the latter, you need to read it's ID by running a "search ROM" algorithm. (plenty of examples around).
