Rookie question.. What is this @device command please?

    Default Rookie question.. What is this @device command please?

    Just obtained some code from the forum to get a 16F628A to sleep until a button is pressed. The code contains a whole series of @device statements . I can find no reference to these in the manual, but I would like to understand them ... Help please
