12F683 vs 12F675.

I am currently using a 12F675 with external 8mhz resinator. Is the precision crystal in the 12F683 as good as the external that im using with the 12F675 as far as accuracy and temperature changes or should I stick with the 12F675? I am currently doing serial comms at 9600 baud. Can either do 19200 at 8mhz, is one better than the other?

The resonator is much more stable than the internal.
Most often the internals are not accurate enough for serial
work. The MHz is ok for 19200.
