Default Programming for Microcontrollers in C

I have recently seen most of the set backs using PBP, its a great program and everything, just a little limited for me.

So I have been learning C, fairly simple, easy concepts etc...

Just curious as I am learning how to program for windows based software etc.. I know it is going to be different when applying most of this to microcontrollers. So my big question is, is there any decent forums out there for C and microcontrollers? Other than Microchip?

    Thanks
    -Eric

Microchip's forum's great ressource. Hi-Tech C, CCS, MikroE, SourceBoost and all other Compiler brands have their own forum. Electro-tech-online is another but more about general electronics.

For C#, well MSDN forum is hard to beat, mix it with SourceForge, CodeGuru, Devx, Programmer's heaven, CodeProject and you'll cover most situations.

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
There's no problem, only learning opportunities.
