    Default 10f200 Icsp

I want to use a PIC10F200 (SOT23) to supply a 50Hz or 60Hz squarewave to another embedded device. It will consist of just the PIC and bypass cap on a board that will plug into the other device using a 6P6C modular connector. ICSP should be straightforward but I'm confused by the second Vdd connection shown at the bottom of the ICSP diagram on p50 of the 10F200 datasheet. Can anybody explain it?

Looks like the same Vdd to me. If you take out the programmer, it's just a MCLR pullup thru the resistor.
