    Default Making a pleasant sound!

    Hi All,

Need to generate an attention getting sound? Nothing to wake the dead or frighten dozing staff.

Was looking at the ‘Ping’ sound usually found on cars for their lights on warning? I wondered if this type of sound can be easily generated directly from a PIC (16f876), or is it better to use audio / sound generating circuit.

Not sure what way to go any tips appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Bob

The PBP has a function called Freqout. Up to two frequences can be displayed at a time..
