Unhappy Problem on writing EEPROM in Winpic800 with picbasic pro

Hello, I have a problem in programming pic18f252, 18f2550 etc. I'm writing my code in picbasic pro using EEPROM command to direct writing to eeprom some data necessary in program. But these values are seems to be corrupted while the pic runs on circuit. But it is interesting that, these problems happen when I use new versions of WinPic800 (v.3.60 and v.3.61) but not in v.3.56. Everything is ok in v.3.56. You may say, so use this version. But this version is not supporting some new pics for example pic18f2523 and I wonder why?
Can anybody help me to fix this problem?
    Thanks

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
There's no problem, only learning opportunities.
