Example CODE LIBRARY

Since this forum attracts Engineers, Hobbiest, Students, and God knows who else, I would like to see a Library of real world examples of how things work explained in the kind of detail the books do not even try to do.

Example, explain what an array is, how to implement it, the correct syntax, and 2 or 3 real examples of code with explanation of what it does and why. It probably won't help you engineers, except to stop us newbies from pestering you so much.
This could be expanded to include the really tricky code (you really sharpies) are willing to share. With microchip in the hunt for the #1 seller right behind Motorola, I'm thinking you Engineers will not go hungry anytime soon.
There is so much good stuff flyin' around in here, it would be great if it were cataloged so as to make access, quick and painless, I'm not looking for you to write my code, just show me how.
