Sort of OT, SMT cap...which side is negative

    Default Sort of OT, SMT cap...which side is negative

    Can anyone help me identify which side of a SMT cap is negative. More specifically, I have part # 495-2238-1-ND from Digikey and it has a brown line on it. Is that the negative or positive side. Thanks in advance for the help!

    I found THIS link in the datasheet from digikey.

    Thanks for the reply. I must have overlooked this because I went to the datasheet for that cap and I didn't see it.
