any usb to pc chip interface for pic16f84

i want a chip to do interfacing betwwen pic16f84 and PC with few pins and uses spi or I2C protocol. Does anyone know ???

or
www.ftdichip.com for the FT232 serial USB chips.
Or just go with a software driven serial port since you're using a 16F84...or switch to a 16F628A, like a 16F84 on steroids, more memory, more functions, etc.
