Default MCSP BootLoader and Configuration Fuses

Is there a way to enable the x4 PLL for using the BootLoader? I tried programming the PIC in the EPIC programmer and it works fine as long as I don't change any of the configuration properties prior to programming the chip. If I change anything the Loader keeps complaining a reset is required. I want to run at 16MHz (4MHz x 4) but I don't want to have to pull the chip out all the time to reprogram it. The loader option is really handy.

Thumbs up David @ MCSP Saves The Day

I just received an email back from David Barker, the person behind MCSP, and he sent me a PLL16 and PLL40 HEX file for the loader. Everything works great now. I received a reply to my email that I sent in about 15-30 minutes. Now if only all customer support and service was this way
