    Default Suggest moderation of first post to block spam

    Would it be possible to set the forum rules so that all first posts by new members have to be moderated?
    (ie. reviewed by a moderator for authenticity)

    This would eliminate first time spammers from being able to post.
    (would make more work for moderators though)

    just a thought...
