Config for internal oscillator?

I am planning to use a PIC18F2520 using it's Internal Oscillator at 8 MHz, and am laying out a circuit board. Before I commit the design, I'd like to be sure I know how to set the config to use the internal oscillator! I expected to see INTIO2 on my melabs serial programmer, but don't see any internal oscillator options except INTRC.

Do you select set the internal oscillator by just setting OSCCON.1=1?

I want to use the internal oscillator at 8 MHz, and use both the OSC pins as I/O.

The INTIO2 option is there on a newer version of programmer software. Sorry.
