How to purchase MicroCode Studio Plus

I emailed David Barker at Mecanique about my need for an ICD model for the PIC16F887 and he told me a new disk would be available that included this enhancement some three weeks ago. I have since tried contacting Mecanique to make a purchase by phone, no answer, and several times by email. Does anyone know why I am not getting any response. I also see that MELabs are showing the MCS+ as being out of stock. I have recently purchased PBPro having tried the MCS free download and now find myself a bit lost as a complete novice.

I now see that Melabs has the MCS+ CD back in stock. It would be easier and considerably cheaper for me to buy it in my home country (UK) rather than order from the US and have to pay 17.5% VAT plus a £10 cash collection handling charge to the post office here. But, I am still getting no response from Mecanique, does anyone know why this could be please.
