    Default Motor Controller component suggestions

    I want to use a 16F886 to control the speed of two 1/4 HP motors rated at 8.8 amps on 24v. Using a N-Type MOSFET what part number would you suggest along with Driver part number?

    IRF3205 would be good enough by itself.
