Nec nl2432hc22-23b lcd touch screen

Hi,

I have taken the above lcd out of an old pda unit,

In the lcd#s datasheet it recommends using the S1L50282F23K100 lcd controller.

Now i've googled this and can't find much on it, i'm assuming they may no longer manufacture it.

Have any of yous came across such lcds and can reccomend a suitable lcd controller so i can use this in one my projects

I found a NEC nl2432hc22-23b lcd touch screen, but it seems that I can't find the right datasheet. I can only find the 22a... Is it the same datasheet? Or do you still have a pdf of the right datasheet laying around?

If so, could you send me a copy?
