Default Best quadrature encoder for buck?

I'm using a Clarostat optical 128 pulse/revolution shaft encoder. Works wonderful in the prototype circuit but way too expensive. Is there a Alps or Alpha 9-12mm encoder that has a push button that will do the same thing? Price is important for the client, he'd like $4 instead of $40 for the encoder. Thanks, JR

And the answer is a CT3006-ND from Digikey for $3.08...
