Using one MSK 4227 200 Volts 20 Amps hbridge already assembled with Individual Logic Level Gate Drive Inputs
should solve your problem.
See datasheet at this link

thanks for replies,
If one can help me to build this H-bridge using Mosfets and transistors ?
I need your help
This might help.
see attachment.

Always wear safety glasses while programming.
I still think that you should use a ready made hbridge but if you want to try to build it yourself, you can use two IR2148 (low/high side driver) to activate the N-chan & P-chan power mosfet.
Read the datasheet to learn how to build the hbridge. You can download it @:

I suggest you to use fuses and start experimenting at low voltage and low current to learn how easily the hbridge can be shorted.
