  1. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Yes, I think that is the case.
  2. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Hmm, it works okay but if I reset the power a few times now it won't go to the handler again. I was thinking that I might have a defective PIC, but ON INTERRUPT works good.
  3. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    The code is very simple as shown below. What can be the problem then? ON INTERRUPT works every time.

    DEFINE OSC 32 'Define Oscillator to 32 MHz
    OSCFRQ = %00000110 ...
  4. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Hmm, the interrupt works well right after the chip is reprogrammed. However, if I reset the power a few times, the chip gets hung up. It looks like it doesn't reenter the interrupt handler. It looks...
  5. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    I know. It's a real shame that we lost him.
  6. Re: Glitches when changing portD seen on other ports

    I had a similar problem before. See the thread below,

  7. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    It works!!!!! Thanks a million. :rolleyes:
  8. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Here is the code just to test it,

    DEFINE OSC 32 'Define Oscillator to 32 MHz
    OSCFRQ = %00000110 'DEFINE OSCFRQ TO 32 MHZ

    LED1 VAR PORTB.1
    ...
  9. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Hmm, it compiled okay, but it didn't work.
  10. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Is there any chance that someone that knows assembly can update these DT interrupts for the new generation of 8 bit PICs? I could help, but my skills in assembly are not too good.
  11. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Ooh no, great! :eek:
  12. Re: DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    I added the following code and still doesn't work.

    T1CLK = %00000010 'TIMER1 CLOCK SELECT TO Fosc
    PIE4.0 = 1 'TIMER1 OVERFLOW INTERRUPT ENABLE BIT
    INTCON =...
  13. DT Interrupts not Working with PIC16F19197

    Hi, I'm banging my head against the walls trying to figure this one out. I'm trying to implement this very simple DT interrupt to toggle a LED,

    Re: GOTO vs RETURN after a GOSUB

    Yes, I'm asking myself the same question :D. Yes, your code looks better than mine. The program is probably overflowing the stack and halting like Dave said. Will the program restart from the...

    GOTO vs RETURN after a GOSUB

    Hi, I have the following code,

    MainLoop:

    'DO SOME STUFF HERE.....

    FOR J = 0 TO 7
    GOSUB SearchForClockSignal
  17. Re: One-Wire Communication Assembly Help

    Thanks. Assembly is not something that I'm very familiar with. I'll go over this code. It seem to do what I need.

  18. WS2811 and WS2812 One-Wire Communication Assembly Help

    Hi all,

    I'm working on a project with the WS2812B LED lights. The PIC needs to send 24 bits for every LED that is connected in series. The 1st byte being for the green, the 2nd byte being for the...

    Re: VB.NET Program

    Hi,

    Does anybody have a new version of this code for PBP3 and VB.NET 13, 15, or 17? I tried the VB NET code in the first post and it gave me all kind of errors. Does anybody knows where I can get...

    Re: Unable to program 18F67J94

    The melabs website shows that PBP3 supports that chip. I have never seen a defective PIC in all the years I've programming them. More than likely that you are not setting the registers correctly....

    Also, is it possible to use LATCH instead or PORTx.x in PBP? How would you use the LATCH register?

    Port Digital Output Not Changing Properly

    Hi,

    I'm using a 18F4550 PIC code that's running on PBP2.50. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why this code won't work. :confused:

    DUMMYVAR VAR BYTE

    Re: PBP3 and DT Interrupts

    Actually, I found the problem. The files DT_INTS-18.bas and ReEnterPBP-18.bas need to be included in the same folder with the pbp program. That resolved all the issues.

    So far I'm pretty happy...
