    the mcc generated pin file can very easily slot into pbp
    just cut out the comments and the c bits you don't need load replace all the 0x with $

    try this , it works on a 12f1822
    note leds 2,3 and 4 show random crap since nothing is written to them
    and not using lat regs is asking for trouble

    just tried your code on a 16f648a , works perfectly from my pc usb through tty converter to pic , you must have polarity of signal screwed up.

    for correct spi tx to rfm69 CKE must be asserted. SMP setting is irrelevant for rfm69 rx , I set SMP to suit other devices on my spi bus
