    Re: BME280 sensor.

i posted this some time ago and the topic seems to have disappeared , i can't remember who's post it was and the context
but the calcs work but for the ones that need 64bit vars

    Re: PPS understanding on 16F15313

not sure your ioc solution will work
the ioc interrupt flag pir0.4 is not being cleared . you only clear the ioc pin flag, its not enough.

    Re: PPS understanding on 16F15313

i agree, its not very clear which "mods" apply to which dt-ints version
a simple example adding 1 extra or modified dt-int to each version would be clearer
adding a swag of int sources you will...

    Re: PPS understanding on 16F15313

looking at PBP3_PPS_NOTES for ccp i see no mention of seting ccp inputs at all, its outputs

reassigning ccpx inputs will be a manual effort

the dt_ints-14 will not work in standard form , ...

    Re: PPS understanding on 16F15313

    bo
i'm not a 3.1 user but from all i have seen those defines only refer to the hpwm command

i don't have access to the PBP3_PPS_notes.txt notes file either, so does it reference to ccp capture...
  8. Re: 2 didit up down counter using 16F628A program errors

if none of your programmers can find the chip and its connected and powered correctly then that issue needs to be resolved before you can continue.
there is no way forward with a dud setup or chip....

ray if you're 92 and still doing this stuff then that's enough to make anybody's day
    i'm glad to help

Re: Weird problem with large(ish) array access

the only thing i can think of it to verify the flash as written by the bootloader is set the way it was intended to be.
  11. Re: 2 didit up down counter using 16F628A program errors

    I had a look a http://www.talkingelectronics.com/te_interactive_index.html
where it seems you got the code from. there is no pbp version its all asm. puting a pbp extension on a asm file will not...

Re: Weird problem with large(ish) array access

another thought, on the non long version
if you load up another 30 or so cells in buffer with 00 or ff do problems recur
[surely its not just 01 or 0x69 that causes issue]

Re: Weird problem with large(ish) array access

it would be provable , the board has access to a icsp with a modified cable you could overwrite the loader easily enough.
you can download the loader from mikroe to replace it afterwards
    since you...

Re: Weird problem with large(ish) array access

    are you using 3.1xx ?
i looked at a 3.0xxxx lst file [Buffer start was 0x1f with crc in so 0x1f + 74d= (0x69) and not near the bank end]
it might pay to see if adding the crc var pushed the...
  15. Re: 2 didit up down counter using 16F628A program errors

you have downloaded the wrong version then , you have a {machine code } asm version

all pic compilers will produce A HEX intel object code output file that programmers like a
    pickit2 can...

  17. Re: 2 didit up down counter using 16F628A program errors

you realize thats assembler code not pbp code . it wont compile like that in pbp

Re: Weird problem with large(ish) array access

can't see any reason to it. the pause is not inserted where the banks rollover , its not on a code page boundary
there is no difference in the lst that indicates a difference between loads.
    perhaps...
  19. Re: Advices required for Soap dispenser / sanitizer code

i assume you intend the button to cause an ioc interrupt to occur when pressed.
it wont because any i/p pin set as analog will always read as low so a pin change event
    will never occur
    why would...
  20. Re: Nokia lcd include , small footprint to suit pic16's

i did look at the array generated by Mikroelektronics glcd bitmap generator and
it seems i rejected it for that generated by lcdassistant, cannot recall why.
none of my posted examples use mokroe...

    Re: mS Timer

that post has two separate methods , one measures the pulse width with timer counts the other by timer overflows
  22. Re: Nokia lcd include , small footprint to suit pic16's

    well done!
you have proved yet again that code snippets are generally useless time wasters..
this time with the nice added touch of posting snippets that bear no semblance to
    the code actually...
  23. Re: Nokia lcd include , small footprint to suit pic16's

    sadly still woefully incorrect.
that reserves 1 byte , you need at least 5 bytes
  24. Re: Nokia lcd include , small footprint to suit pic16's

has not solved it at all , you cannot safely use arraywrite rbuf,[dec speed1,dec2 speed2,0] with a word var as the destination
the destination for the text chrs generated by arraywrite must be an...
